A little bit about me
I'm Melody Chek, an illustrator and graphic design student based in Vancouver BC. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, and am fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
In 2019 I started Try Studio with my sister, Emily, to share my works and designs in the form of stickers and prints. In 2023, we left our home and moved to Vancouver to pursue our passion in design and work in the art industry.

I created, manage, and design for Try Studio, a brand that sells hand–made goods like ceramics, stickers, and prints.
Graphic Design Program• 2023 - 2025
I received the VCC Graphic Design Entrance Scholarship for academic excellence in 2024 and is currently a mentor for junior cohorts.
